This research aims to determine and analyze the problems of enforcing civil servant discipline at the Tomohon City Regional Secretariat Office. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. This research focuses on the problem of enforcing civil servant discipline at the Tomohon City Regional Secretariat Office. The results of research regarding the problem of enforcing civil servant discipline at the Tomohon City Regional Secretariat Office show that: 1) Employee Compliance. The dress code is not routinely implemented at the Tomohon City Regional Secretariat Office. 2) Reward. The award system is not transparent and subjective at the Tomohon City Regional Secretariat Office. 3) Punishment. Discipline enforcement policies are inconsistent at the Tomohon City Regional Secretariat Office.
