This study aims to determine the influence of Office Layout on Performance of Employees in the City Population and Civil Registration Office Hapless. The type of research used is quantitative research, namely for looking for the influence and relationship between each variable. Data collection techniques used are Observation, Questionnaire (Questionnaire). With samples a total of 58 people. The data analysis technique used is Test Linearity, Normality Test, and Hypothesis Test Test t. Results shows that Office Spatial Planning has a significant and linear effect on employee performance. From the results of the data analysis and discussion from the chapter Previously, this study can be concluded that Office Spatial Planning bring an influence that can reduce Employee Performance, this can be It is evidenced by: the value of t is calculated as 2.177, while t in the table is 0.678, with the determination of the criterion for the magnitude of the TTAB value at (df) = n-k-2= 58-1-2=56 for the significance level significance level 0.05. The decision making is if tcount ≥ ttable, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that thit ≥ ttab, which is with a value of 0.884 ≥ 0.678, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that variable X is significant influence on variable Y.
