Efektivitas Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Minahasa
Abstract
This research aims to find out and describe how the effectiveness of employee performance at the Minahasa Regency Statistics Agency. This research uses a qualitative approach method, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. By using indicators, namely, Work Quality, Timeliness, and Initiative. The results showed: For the effectiveness of work quality, employee performance at the Minahasa Regency Statistics Agency is not yet effective, employees in carrying out their work still lack understanding of the new methods provided, workload or overlapping work, and employees who are less concerned with the situation. For the effectiveness of timeliness, employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Minahasa Regency is not yet effective, employees who in their work do not understand how to use applications and work systems, obstacles in this case such as rain and network factors and infrastructure facilities are still lacking. For the effectiveness of initiative, the performance of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Minahasa Regency is not yet effective, employees only want to do work that is only unwilling to take the initiative to do other work, and do not realize when there are mistakes in their work
