Abstract

This study aims to find out how subsidized diesel fuel (BBM) is distributed from gas stations to consumers in Bitung City. The method that will be used in this research is a qualitative approach method. In this study, the researchers focused more on the problem of how to distribute subsidized diesel fuel (BBM) from gas stations to consumers in Bitung City. The results of the study obtained that the City of Bitung through the making of a circular letter concerning the control and supervision of the distribution of subsidized diesel fuel of certain types (JBT) in the City of Biitung. With this policy in place, it can be said that distribution is good in terms of rapid progress. Where the distribution of subsidized diesel fuel has been right on target and has been directed according to the applicable circular. Where it is more concerned with which vehicles are entitled to receive subsidized diesel fuel and which vehicles are not entitled to receive subsidized diesel fuel. For this reason, it is necessary to increase communication factors, resource factors and disposition factors so that this policy continues to apply in Bitung City. Through this research, it is hoped that it will be useful and provide input to the government of Bitung City, especially the Natural Resources Department which is authorized in this case and Fuel Filling Stations (SPBU) in providing Subsidized Solar Fuel distribution services to people who are less affluent and more entitled to use subsidies.
