Abstract

  

This study aims to find out how the implementation of public services in West Tompaso District. In this research, the researcher used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Based on the research that has been done, the results are: 1. The implementation of services in West Tompaso District is still not optimal because the sub-district government is less responsive in services, especially in complaint services or community reports regarding land disputes. 2. there are still obstacles related to land dispute management services, namely services that are slow and convoluted and not in accordance with existing SOPs, apparatus work not in accordance with the fields assigned or assigned, lack of resources who are good at computers, or competent in their respective fields. 3. The implementation of services is still not optimal because Tompaso Barat District still has a large shortage of employees or human resources, especially in the field of tantrib which handles land dispute services, as well as a lack of facilities such as computers so that service delays often occur.

 

 

 

INTISARI

 

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Tompaso Barat. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil: 1. Pelaksanaan pelayanan di Kecamatan Tompaso Barat masih belum optimal karena pemerintah kecamatan kurang tanggap dalam pelayanan terutama dalam pelayanan pengaduan atau laporan masyarakat mengenai sengketa tanah. 2. Masih terdapat kendala terkait pelayanan pengurusan sengketa tanah yaitu pelayanan yang lambat dan berbelit-belit serta tidak sesuai dengan SOP yang ada, aparat bekerja tidak sesuai dengan bidang yang ditugaskan atau ditugaskan, kurangnya sumber daya yang menguasai komputer, atau berkompeten di bidangnya masing-masing. 3. Pelaksanaan pelayanan masih belum optimal karena Kecamatan Tompaso Barat masih banyak kekurangan pegawai atau sumber daya manusia khususnya pada bidang tantrib yang menangani pelayanan sengketa pertanahan, serta kurangnya fasilitas seperti komputer sehingga sering terjadi keterlambatan pelayanan.
