This research aims to determine analyze and describe the Implementation of Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance BLT DD Distribution in Rinondoran Village East Likupang District The research method used is qualitative descriptive The number of informants in this study was 10 people Data collection uses Observation Interview and Documentation techniques Data analysis through data reduction data presentation and drawing conclusions The research results show that the implementation of the distribution of Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance BLT DD is through 4 indicators in indicator 1 The existing program targets are mostly on target It s just that there are still some who could be said to be more worthy of receiving this assistance but are not included in the list of recipients of BLT DD assistance 2 human resources in this case the village government as the policy implementer are adequate Then the number of recipients of BLT as the target of the program is deemed sufficient And for financial resources namely funds distributed to BLT recipient communities it is very helpful in meeting daily needs and other needs 3 For communication it was found that there was still a lack of clear information from the government to the Village Fund BLT recipient communities regarding obstacles that occurred during distribution assistance was not timely 4 Several inhibiting factors were found in the implementation of aid distribution both from the government and from the community as beneficiaries < em>< strong>< p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan Implementasi Penyaluran Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa BLT DD di Desa Rinondoran Kecamatan Likupang Timur Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 orang Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik Observasi Wawancara dan Dokumentasi Analisis data melalui reduksi data penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi penyaluran Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa BLT DD melalui 4 indikator pada indikator 1 Sasaran program yang ada sebagian besar sudah tepat sasaran Hanya saja masih ada beberapa yang bisa dikatakan lebih layak untuk menerima bantuan ini namun tidak masuk dalam daftar penerima bantuan BLT DD 2 sumber daya manusia dalam hal ini pemerintah desa sebagai pelaksana kebijakan sudah memadai Kemudian jumlah penerima BLT sebagai sasaran program dirasa sudah mencukupi Dan untuk sumber daya finansial yaitu dana yang disalurkan kepada masyarakat penerima BLT sangat membantu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari hari dan kebutuhan lainnya 3 Untuk komunikasi ditemukan masih kurangnya informasi yang jelas dari pemerintah kepada masyarakat penerima BLT Dana Desa terkait hambatan yang terjadi pada saat penyaluran bantuan yang tidak tepat waktu 4 Ditemukan beberapa faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan penyaluran bantuan baik itu dari pihak pemerintah maupun dari pihak masyarakat sebagai penerima bantuan< p>
