Sarana Prasarana dalam Menunjang Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Minahasa

Abstract

This research was carried out at the Minahasa Regency Central Statistics Agency Office with the aim of finding out how important it is to have adequate infrastructure to support the work of employees. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the infrastructure at the Central Statistics Agency Office of Minahasa Regency is inadequate because there is still a lack of computer facilities and a wifi network that is still low in speed, so that office activities are hampered in that work is not completed on time, which results in late delivery of data information to the public, and reduces public trust.
