Time management is required to ensure the project is completed on time. The result of failure to apply effective time management often causes delays, caused by contractor errors in determining and implementing good work scheduling management. So it is necessary to examine what are the obstacles in implementing time management in the Dr. Regional General Hospital Building Construction Project. Sam Ratulangi Tondano. In this study, secondary data was used using the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) and the Critical Path Method (CPM). The use of appropriate, practical, fast and safe time management is very helpful in completing work on a construction project. During the implementation of this project, the Precendence Diagram Method (PDM) obtained the Critical Path for Architectural work for this project, namely the A-D-F-H-I path with a total work duration of 86 working days. Scheduling with the PDM method resulted in a shorter total duration of project work of 86 days when compared to the CPM method of 104 days, with the same critical path of 5 work items.
