ANALISIS KEPUASAN KERJA GURU SMK NEGERI DI KOTA MANADO MELALUI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN KOHESIVITAS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kohesivitas baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Manado.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survai dengan alat pengumpul data kuesioner yang disusun dalam bentuk skala likert. Responden penelitian sebanyak 87 guru yang ditarik secara proporsional random sampling. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian adalah teknik analisis regresi dan korelasi sederhana dan regresi dan korelasi ganda.

Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Manado, (2) kohesivitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Manado. (3) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kohesivitas secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Manado.

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and cohesiveness either partially or simultaneously on job satisfaction of State Vocational High School teachers in Manado City.

The method used in this study is a survey method with a questionnaire data collection tool arranged in the form of a Likert scale. The research respondents were 87 teachers who were drawn proportionally by random sampling. The analysis used to test the research hypothesis is regression analysis techniques and simple correlation and regression and multiple correlation.

The conclusions of this study are (1) transformational leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction of State Vocational High School teachers in Manado City, (2) cohesiveness has a positive effect on job satisfaction of State Vocational High School teachers in Manado City. (3) transformational leadership style and cohesiveness simultaneously have a positive effect on job satisfaction of State Vocational High School teachers in Manado City.
