KOMITMEN PENGRAJIN ARANG TEMPURUNG DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT PENGRAJIN ARANG TEMPURUNG I KECAMAT TARERAN 1 KABUPATEN MINAHASA SELATAN

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendeskripsikan, Menginterpretasikan dan Menganalisis: Komitmen waktu, Komitmen kerja kontinu, Komitmen kerja normatif, motivasi melaksanakan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Masyarakat pengrajin arang tempurung di kecamatan Tareran 1 dengan informan pengrajin arang tempurung. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan menggunakan analisis kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukakan bahwa (1) Waktu kerja pengrajin sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncanakan. Selalu berusaha mengatur waktu seefektif mungkin. (2) Masyarakat pengrajin arang tempurung melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan rencana kerja, sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, dan melaksanakan seoptimal mungkin. (3) Pengrajin arang tempurung melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan tujuan kerja, melaksanakan apa yang menjadi tugasnya, melaksanakan dengan sebaik mungkin sesuai dengan target. (4) Pengrajin arang tempurung, mengerjakan sesuai dengan rencana kerja yang telah ditetapkan dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan.
Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bahwa untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pengrajin arang tempurung, maka perlu adanya Komitmen usaha dalam hal ini: Komitmen waktu kerja, Komitmen kontinu, Komitmen normatif dan motivasi dalam bekerja.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to describe, interpret and analyze: time commitment, continuous work commitment, normative work commitment, motivation to carry out work. This research was conducted on shell charcoal craftsmen in Tareran 1 district with shell charcoal craftsmen as informants. The method used is qualitative and uses qualitative analysis.
The results of this study indicate that (1) the working time of the craftsmen is in accordance with what has been planned. Always try to manage time as effectively as possible. (2) The community of shell charcoal craftsmen carry out the work in accordance with the work plan, in accordance with the objectives that have been set, and carry it out as optimally as possible. (3) Craftsmen of shell charcoal carry out work in accordance with work objectives, carry out what is their job, carry out it as well as possible in accordance with the target. (4) Craftsmen of shell charcoal, work according to a predetermined work plan in order to increase income.
This study provides recommendations that to increase the income of shell charcoal craftsmen, it is necessary to have business commitment in this case: work time commitment, continuous commitment, normative commitment and motivation at work.
