Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perkembangan siswa berkebutuhan khusus dan siswa dengan karakteristik unik lainnya serta dampaknya terhadap proses pembelajaran di kelas Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana perbedaan karakteristik perkembangan dan kebutuhan siswa berkebutuhan khusus serta siswa dengan karakteristik tidak biasa dapat mempengaruhi proses belajar mereka dan strategi pengajaran yang dibutuhkan Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif penelitian ini melibatkan observasi kelas wawancara dengan guru dan analisis dokumen untuk memahami kebutuhan khusus dari kedua kelompok siswa tersebut Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa berkebutuhan khusus dan siswa dengan karakteristik tidak biasa membutuhkan pendekatan yang lebih adaptif dan strategi pengajaran yang lebih bervariasi untuk mendukung keterlibatan dan perkembangan akademis mereka Guru dihadapkan pada tantangan dalam menyusun strategi yang inklusif namun tetap efektif bagi seluruh siswa Temuan ini memiliki implikasi bagi pengembangan kurikulum dan pelatihan guru khususnya dalam mengembangkan pendekatan yang lebih responsif terhadap keragaman di dalam kelas < p>
