Work-Life Balance dan Social Interaction terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Pekerja Gig Economy: Studi Kasus Driver Gojek Garut

Pertumbuhan gig economy di Indonesia menghadirkan peluang sekaligus tantangan baru bagi pekerja transportasi online, termasuk driver Gojek di Kota Garut. Model kerja yang fleksibel, tuntutan jam kerja panjang, serta dinamika interaksi sosial dalam pekerjaan menjadikan kepuasan kerja sebagai isu penting yang perlu diteliti secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance dan social interaction terhadap kepuasan kerja driver Gojek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik accidental sampling terhadap 100 driver aktif Gojek, yang dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik kemampuan driver menyeimbangkan tuntutan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi, semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan. Selain itu, social interaction juga terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Interaksi sosial yang positif, baik dengan sesama driver maupun pelanggan, meningkatkan rasa kebersamaan, dukungan emosional, serta pengalaman kerja yang lebih memuaskan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya menjaga keseimbangan yang sehat antara kehidupan profesional dan pribadi, serta membangun hubungan sosial yang positif di tempat kerja, sebagai penentu utama kepuasan kerja bagi pekerja gig economy.
