Pengaruh Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Fauzan Putra Perkasa

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the extent to which occupational safety and health (OSH) and work environment affect employee performance at PT Fauzan Putra Perkasa, a company engaged in the construction field. The background of this research is based on indications of decreased employee productivity that are suspected to be caused by the non-optimal implementation of the OSH program and a less supportive work environment. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study consists of all employees of PT Fauzan Putra Perkasa amounting to 85 people, which are also used as samples (using census technique). Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results show that OSH and work environment have a positive influence and significantly affects employee performance. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of human resource management studies, especially in the construction industry sector, as well as serve as a reference for companies in improving the effectiveness of occupational health and safety (OHS) implementation and creating a more conducive work environment.
