Application of Group Investigation Learning Model in Increasing Student Civic Participation in Civics Subjects at Karimbow National Junior High School, Motoling Timur District. The problem in this research is whether the application of the group investigative learning model in increasing student civic participation in civics subjects at the Karimbow National Junior high school, Motoling Timur subdistrict, can increase the enthusiasm and learning activeness of students. On the basis of these problems, this study aims to apply the investigative group learning model whether it can increase the enthusiasm and learning activeness of students to increase students' civic participation in Civics subjects at Karimbow National Junior High School. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques and presented in a narrative form. The results obtained from this study turned out to provide a significant development in accordance with expectations. Recommendations conveyed that to increase the enthusiasm and learning activeness of students, especially Civics subjects, a teacher's ability to apply innovative learning models that can motivate students to participate actively in learning is required.
