Peran Pemerintah Dalam Mengatasi Pengangguran Di Desa Ikhwan, Kecamatan Dumoga Barat, Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the extent to which the Government's Role in Overcoming Unemployment in Ikhwan Village, causes of unemployment, types of unemployment, government participation in reducing unemployment, and benefits for all parties are no longer unemployed / have already got a job. This research includes descriptive narrative method research, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, qualitative data analysis. The data analysis technique used was data reduction and presentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of government is significantly influential on unemployment. The government must play a more active role because there are still a lot of qualified graduates who have not yet got a decent job, and must pay more attention to the unemployed, such as providing skills or abilities in the world of work so that there are no longer unemployed in the Ikhwan Village.
