INTRODUCTION: The length of the article is between 6500-7000 words (outside the bibliography). The introduction is typed in capital letters (Times New Roman font 11 bold). RESEARCH METHODS: The research method must explain the type/methodology/approach that is appropriate to the research question in a concise and precise manner. It must also include data sources, analysis techniques, regression models/equations, correlation, spatial for quantitative and if there is a hypothesis formulation. For qualitative, it adjusts to qualitative research methods. The necessary statistical tools are detailed as fully as possible to test the research hypothesis, as an answer to the problems and objectives stated in the introduction or without statistical analysis in accordance with the type of research referred to.

RESEARCH RESULTS: The results of the research must be analyzed analytically based on data/facts. It can be equipped with tables, graphs, images and be interpreted clearly. Avoid the narrative of "Table/Image following, above, below" by mentioning Table/Figure 1,2,3 etc.

CONCLUSION: The conclusion must be an elaboration of the results of the research findings and a reflection of the theoretical study, not just research data/facts, or a repetition of discussion.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Suggestions are contributions to the application and/or development of science and suggestions for further research based on research results. Avoid suggestions that are normative.

REFERENCES: The bibliography is at least 15 bibliographies of the last 5 years and 80% are journal articles. The Bibliography follows the APA (American Psychological Association) citation pattern. Bibliography uses Mendeley, Zotero, Endnote, or Word Citation management references. Include a DOI on each reference source.
