SoCul is a bimonthly journal aiming at facilitating and sharing the disseminations of research findings, elaboration of theories, methods, knowledge, social engineering and Learning as well educational in social cultural and language research, and breakthroughs, innovations, best practices, and learning formula in terms of community service or outreach.
