Abstract

Base~d on the~ re~sults of the~ pre~te~st obtaine~d be~fore~ the~ imple~me~ntation of AutoCAD-base~d le~arning, the~ ave~rage~ score~ of stude~nts was 58.69, indicating that stude~nts' initial ability in te~chnical drawing was still classifie~d as mode~rate~ to low. This was due~ to limitations in maste~ring manual drawing tools, low accuracy le~ve~ls, and re~lative~ly long comple~tion time~s whe~n using conve~ntional me~thods. Afte~r re~ce~iving tre~atme~nt through le~arning using AutoCAD software~, the~ ave~rage~ postte~st score~ incre~ase~d to 89.41, re~pre~se~nting an incre~ase~ of

14.41 points with a pe~rce~ntage~ improve~me~nt of 19.21%. The~se~ re~sults indicate~ that the~ use~ of AutoCAD has a positive~ and significant e~ffe~ct on improving stude~nts' te~chnical drawing skills. Stude~nts be~come~ quicke~r at unde~rstanding te~chnical drawing conce~pts, more~ me~ticulous, and able~ to produce~ drawings with a high le~ve~l of

accuracy. The~ use~ of AutoCAD in le~arning not only improve~s stude~nts' acade~mic pe~rformance~ but also e~ncourage~s cre~ativity, inde~pe~nde~nce~, and motivation to le~arn. With inte~ractive~ digital fe~ature~s, stude~nts can e~asily corre~ct mistake~s and produce~ work with a profe~ssional appe~arance~. The~re~fore~, the~ imple~me~ntation of te~chnology-base~d le~arning such as AutoCAD has prove~n e~ffe~ctive~ and re~le~vant for e~nhancing the~ compe~te~ncie~s of stude~nts in the~ De~partme~nt of Building De~sign Mode~ling and Information, while~ also pre~paring the~m to face~ the~ de~mands of the~ mode~rn te~chnology-base~d workforce~.
