Abstract

The goal of this study is to examine how Self Efficacy (X) affects Work Readiness (Y) in Building Information Modeling and other disciplines. The Design Department of SMK Negeri 1 Mopuya. A descriptive quantitative method using an ex post facto approach was used. The questionnaire was used to gather information. The analysis methods used were hypothesis testing (f test and coefficient of determination), simple linear regression, and descriptive analysis. The findings suggest that pupils' Work Readiness is Their Self Efficacy has a positive and considerable impact on them, as seen by f-count > f-table and a significance level of less than 0.05. According to the coefficient of determination (R²), Self Efficacy accounts for 44.7% of the variability in Work Readiness, while the remaining 55.3% is impacted. by other variables not covered in this research. As a result, a student's level of Work Readiness improves as their level of Self Efficacy rises.
