Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Probing Prompting Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Sistem Pernapasan Di Kelas XI SMA Negeri 6 Halmahera Utara

Pendidikan adalah suatu hal yang sangat penting karena dengan adanya pendidikan maka seseorang dapat memiliki pengetahuan, kecerdasan , akhlak mulia, kepribadian yang baik, dan ketrampilan baik bagi diri sendiri, keluarga dan juga bagi masyarakat. Penerapan metode pengajaran yang sangat kental dengan peran guru yang dominan dan proses pembelajaran para siswa yang hanya berperan sebagai penerima informasi saja tanpa diransang untuk dapat berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam menggali lebih banyak informasi, menyebabkan siswa merasa bosan dalam pembelajaran hal ini berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa yang rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 6 Halmahera Utara dengan jumlah siswa 18 peserta didik, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada siklus I jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas adalah 10 peserta didik atau 55.5% dan pada siklus II jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas adalah 17 peserta didik atau 94,4%. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pebelajaran probing prompting dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat antara siklus I dan siklus II pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan.

Education is something that is very important because with education, a person can have knowledge, intelligence, noble character, good personality, and good skills for himself, his family and also for the community. The application of teaching methods that are very thick with the dominant role of the teacher and the learning process of students who only act as recipients of information without being stimulated to actively participate in digging more information, causes students to feel bored in learning this has an impact on student learning outcomes low. This research is a classroom action research that aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 6 Halmahera Utara with 18 students. The results showed that in the first cycle the number of students who completed was 10 students or 55.5% and in the second cycle the number of students who completed was 17 students or 94, 4%. The conclusion of this study shows that the application of thelearning model probing prompting can improve student learning outcomes, the increase can be seen between the first cycle and the second cycle of learning that has been carried out.
