Kepemimpinan Perempuan Dalam Perspektif Kesetaraan Gender Di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Minahasa

Abstract

This study aims to determine women's leadership in the perspective of gender equality in the Social Service of Minahasa Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The data sources used in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources with a total of 4 informants. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Research result shows that leader in the Minahasa district social services have not been optimal in carriying out their roles. Matter this is because motivation are still not optimal. Directions given to subordinates result in a lack of employee discipline and sense of responsibility.
