Abstract

This study aims to know, analyze, and describe the supervision function of structural officials at the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Minahasa Regency. The research method used is descriptive Kulitatif. The number of informants in this study was 8 people. Data collection is done using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis is done through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Supervision Function of Structural Officials at the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Minahasa Regency. The determination of employee work standards at the Minhasa Regency Population and Civil Registration Office refers to the SOP used, but overall, the main duties of the functions carried out by employees have not been based on existing SOPs because, based on the results, there are factors that influence employees in carrying out their main duties and functions, so that in the supervision function of structural officials.
