Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Minahasa
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of discipline of civil servants in the secretariat of the regional people's representative council of Minahasa Regency. The research approach method used in this research is qualitative research method. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline of civil servants in the secretariat of the regional people's representative council of Minahasa Regency is not optimal. This is due to the fact that there are still employees who are found to violate or disobey the rules that are enforced even though there are policies enforced in the secretariat of the regional people's representative council of minahasa district, especially in terms of time discipline and regulatory discipline where there are still employees who are often late in attendance, especially during morning roll call,
