Pengaruh Pelayanan PublikTerhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat di Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Minahasa
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of public services on community satisfaction at the Tondano District Prosecutor's Office, Minahasa Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample used consisted of 30 people (respondents) selected based on chance encounters with researchers who could be used as samples, namely by using a sampling technique by chance (incidental sampling). The data collection technique in this study is by questionnaire and observation. The method used in this study uses a simple analytical method. Data processing techniques are done manually. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the quality of public services (X) on public satisfaction (Y). And it can be seen from the statistical results of the t test (partial) for the variable quality of public services obtained a significant level of 22.53 > 2.048 () a regression coefficient of (b1) Y = 0.425 is positive, a correlation of r = 0.95 is obtained. Y = 0.42 + 0.78. The magnitude of the influence of the quality of public services on community satisfaction can be seen from the coefficient of determination = 0.90. Thus it can be obtained that the influence of community satisfaction is determined by the quality of service by 90%, and there is 10% that is determined by other factors not examined in this study.
