Abstract

The main objective of this study is to identify and describe the Effectiveness of the Distribution of Cash Social Assistance Funds BST for Communities Affected by Covid 19 in Kalait Dua Village South Touluaan District Southeast Minahasa Regency The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative The number of informants in this study were 10 people Collecting data using observation techniques interviews and documentation Data analysis through data collection data reduction data presentation and confirmation of drawing conclusions < em>< strong>The results showed that the Effectiveness of the Distribution of Cash Social Assistance Funds BST for Communities Affected by Covid 19 in Kalait Dua Village South Touluaan District Southeast Minahasa Regency through 3 research sub focuses with research indicators namely: 1 BST Recipient Mechanism; 2 The response of the village government and the community in the distribution of Cash Social Assistance BST in Kalait Village; 3 The impact of the distribution of Cash Social Assistance BST for the people of Kalait Village < em>< strong>The results of the study show that the distribution of Cash Social Assistance BST has been effective because from the acceptance mechanism stage the requirements to the distribution are in accordance with the provisions < em>< strong> nbsp;< em>< strong>< p>
