Abstract

This study aims to find out, describe and analyze how the quality of service in the Kleak Village Office, Malalayang District, Manado City. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, the number of informants was 6 people with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation with data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the quality of service at the Kleak Sub-District Office, Malalayang District, Manado City had not fully gone well because it was found in accordance with the results of the study that transparency had not been fully realized and known by the public, existing accountability had not been realized and socialized so that any information was not clearly known. by the community, Conditional in the Urban village that educational background and HR are determining factors for the success of service but it is different from what is in the Urban village office that the average HR does not match the educational background with the tasks and functions carried out, Participatory at the Urban village office is still not proactively to the community, ranging from services that are not optimal to inadequate infrastructure. For this reason, it is suggested that every job and responsibility should be socialized so that it is known by the public, improving the quality of human resources and providing training to existing human resources as well as improving facilities and infrastructure which are the main factors in the success of services provided to the people of Kleak Village.
