Pengelolaan Dokumen Berbasis Digitalisasi Melalui Penerapan Aplikasi MHDocuments pada Bagian Tata Pemerintahan Daerah Kota Bitung

Abstract

This study aims to find out, analyze and describe the use of the ¬MHDocuments Application to facilitate the management of correspondence in the Governance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Bitung City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The number of informants in this study were 5 people. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis through Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. The results of the study concluded that 1). Relative Advantages With the MHDocumen application it can speed up work within the scope of correspondence Administration, because only the data that will be entered will work by itself. 2). Constraints/Problems that are often faced by employees related to the use of the MHDocumen application, namely the server which is sometimes interrupted and also the network connection which is sometimes disrupted too, resulting in hampered work and also until employees make correspondence manually and also and there are also some employees who still do not understand the use of MHDocumen Digitization.3 ). The suitability of the MHD document is only for correspondence, and for internet signatures as well and it is appropriate, and easily accessible via the Playstore. 4). Possibility The first try of using this application at this agency always begins with socialization and technical guidance, even though there are indeed some employees who don't understand how to apply it.
