Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

INTRODUCTION: Introduction typed in capital letters [Times New Roman 11 bold] contains background on solving a problem, urgency and rationalization of activities, literature review, problem-solving plan, activity objectives, and hypothesis development [Times New Roman font, 11, normal]. Note to authors: Articles are 3000-4000 words long (including bibliography, notes, and tables). Each article will be tested for plagiarism/plagiarism. Articles are typed in Microsoft Office Word format and by using Times New Roman font size 11, single-spaced on A4 paper. RESEARCH METHODS: Describe the details of the research implementation starting from 1) Type of Research; 2) Time and Location of Research; 3) Population/Sample/Respondent/Research Informant; 4) Types and Sources of Data; 5) Data Collection Techniques; 6) Data Analysis Techniques; 7) Research design; 8) Model/Equation Analysis (such as Regression, Correlation, etc.); 9) Analysis Techniques (Descriptive and Inferential). The necessary statistical tools are detailed as completely as possible to test the research hypotheses in response to the problems and objectives stated in the introduction or without statistical analysis according to the type of research referred to. For qualitative research, adjust qualitative research methods.

RESEARCH RESULTS: The study results are presented comprehensively and according to the scope of the study. Research results can be supplemented with tables, graphs (pictures), and charts. Tables and figures are numbered and titled. The results of the data analysis are interpreted correctly.

DISCUSSION: The discussion section describes the findings logically, relating to relevant reference sources.

CONCLUSION: The conclusion contains a summary of the research results and discussion. Conclusions are research findings in the form of answers to research questions or objectives.

SUGGESTIONS: Research results provide recommendations/contributions to knowledge application and/or development. Requests contain suggestions for research.

REFERENCES: The reference list contains at least 80% of the citations in the manuscript as the main source by following the APA (American Psychological Association) Style citation pattern. ENTRY AND ARTICLE WRITING: How to Submit Article, Journal Template

To authors who have or will submit articles to our journal, we inform you that several things need to be considered before your article can be processed further. Articles that do not meet the following criteria will be returned to the author for correction:

  • Articles must comply with the template provided by our journal. You can download the template from the journal's website.
  • Articles sent are in Word files (we immediately reject PDF files or converted PDFs).
  • Articles must complete the metadata information requested by our journal, such as author name, affiliation, email, title, abstract, keywords, and references.
  • Articles must have a similarity check of less than 25% with other sources. Our journal uses Turnitin to carry out similarity checks.
  • Articles must have a minimum of 13 bibliographies sourced from relevant journals, and the bibliography can include a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) if available.
  • Articles must use Mendeley as a reference management application. You can download and learn how to use Mendeley on the official Mendeley website.
  • Authors must implement recommendations for improvement provided by the editor or reviewer within one (1) month of their implementation. Otherwise, the article will be considered withdrawn by the author.
  • Authors are only given a maximum of two (2) correction opportunities before being reviewed. If, after two (2) revisions, the article still does not meet the criteria, it will be rejected by the journal management.
