Kinerja Aparatur Desa dalam Menciptakan Ketentraman dan Ketertiban: Studi di Desa Ibolian Kecamatan Dumoga Tengah Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of the village apparatus in creating peace and order. This research is located in Ibolian Village, Dumoga Tengah District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with qualitative analysis and data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Sources of data in this study were village officials and community leaders in Ibolian Village, Dumoga Tengah District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. So the results of this study explain that the performance of village officials in creating peace and order has not been maximized. Where in Ibolian Village there are still many damaged roads and many potholes in every alley in the hamlet, irregular parking for vehicles at the central location of the economy (market), and lack of socialization from the Village Apparatus which causes a peaceful and orderly atmosphere in the village. In order to create a peaceful and orderly village condition, the Village Apparatus should be able to take various actions so that what many people desire can be created..
