ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENYEBAB STRES KERJA KARYAWAN PUSKESMAS DANOWUDU

Abstract

Abstrak: Stres adalah suatu keadaan ketika seseorang diperhadapkan dengan tuntutan yang berkaitan dengan keinginan seseorang dan hal itu dianggap penting namun menimbulkan perasaan tidak pasti. Adapun tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab stress kerja karyawan Puskesmas Danowudu Bitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan model pendekatan fenomenologi, teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pruposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengmpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor penyebab stress kerja pada pegawai yang baru bekerja dan sudah lama bekerja adalah  sama. Faktor organisasi merupakan faktor  yang menyebabkan pegawai baru maupun pegawai lama merasa stress, dimana tuntutan pekerjaan yang terlalu berat yang diberikan oleh pimpinan membuat pegawai puskesmas merasa stress, tuntutan pekerjaan tersebut berupa pemberian tugas tambahan secara tiba-tiba dan dengan waktu pengerjaan yang sangat singkat.

Abstract: Stress is a condition when a person is faced with demands related to one's desires and these are considered important but give rise to feelings of uncertainty.  The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the factors that cause work stress in Danowudu Bitung Community Health Center employees.  This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach model, the technique used in this research is purposive sampling.  The methods used in collecting data are observation, interviews and documentation.  The results of this research show that the factors that cause job stress in employees who have just worked and those who have worked for a long time are the same.  Organizational factors are factors that cause new and existing employees to feel stressed, where the work demands that are too heavy given by the leadership make community health center employees feel stressed, these work demands are in the form of giving additional tasks suddenly and with very short work times.
