This study aims to determine the relationship between Workplace Well-Being and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Danowudu Health Center employees, Bitung City, North Sulawesi. This study used a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were 64 employees of Danowudu Health Center. The instruments used are the workplace well-being scale and the organizational citizenship behavior scale. The data from this study was then analyzed using the product moment correlation test with the help of SPSS 29 for windows. Based on calculations made with product moment correlation, a correlation coefficient of -366 was obtained with a significance value of 0.03 < 0.05. The results showed that there was a relationship between workplace well-being and organizational citizenship behavior in Danowudu Health Center employees. The correlation between the two is negative, in the sense that the lower the workplace well-being in employees, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior in employees
