PENGARUH WORK ENGAGEMNET TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN RRI MANADO

Abstract

Work Engagement or work involvement is important for an employee where it will be an encouragement for them to have good performance in the company The aim of this research is to find out and get an overview of the influence of work engagement on the performance of RRI Manado employees This research uses quantitative methods The population in this study were RRI Manado employees consisting of 71 employees using a saturated sampling method where all members of the population were sampled The results of this research are based on linear regression data analysis and there is a significant influence of these two variables where 0 000 lt; 0 05 and the R correlation value is 0 658 and the regression coefficient value is 0 603 It can be concluded that the Work Engagement variable influences RRI Manado Employee Performance < em>< p>
