 Author's Guide

Please prepare your manuscript before submission using the following guidelines and the Jurnal Edunitro Template.

Plagiarism Policy

Before sending the article file to the editor, please check it with one of the plagiarism-checking applications (for example, Turnitin). The permitted plagiarism percentage in the article is no more than 20%. If at the initial stage of examining the article and the editor finds more than 20% plagiarism, the article will be immediately rejected.

Format

Article files must be provided in Microsoft Word format. We currently do not accept other formats.

Article Length

Article Organization

The body of the article must be organized (at least) into the IMRDC structure as follows:

Introduction
Method
Result
Discussion
Conclusion

Maximum title of 14 (fourteen) words.

Author Details

All contributing authors' names must be listed, and their names must be arranged in the correct order for publication. The correct email address must be provided by the first author only. Maximum 250 words excluding keywords.

Keywords

The author must provide appropriate and short keywords that summarize the paper's main topic. The maximum number of keywords is 5 (five) words.

Article Category

Authors must categorize their paper as part of the article information. The category that best describes their paper should be selected from the list below.

Research paper. This category includes papers reporting all types of research conducted by the author. Research may involve constructing or testing models or frameworks, action research, data testing, market or survey research, and empirical, scientific or laboratory research.
Technical paper. Describe and evaluate a product, process, or technical service.
Conceptual paper. This paper will not be based on research but will develop hypotheses. These papers are likely to be discursive in nature and will include philosophical discussions and comparative studies of the work and thinking of others.
Case study. Case studies describe actual interventions or experiences in organizations. They may be subjective and generally will not report on research. Explanations of legal cases or hypothetical case studies used as teaching exercises would also fall into this category.
Literature Review. All papers should cite relevant literature, so this category is only used if the paper's primary purpose is to explain or critique the literature in a particular subject area. This may be a selective bibliography providing advice on sources of information, or it may be comprehensive because the paper aims to cover the main contributors to the development of a topic and explore their differing views.
General review. This category includes papers that provide an overview or historical examination of a concept, technique or phenomenon. Papers tend to be more descriptive or instructional than discursive.

Title

Titles should be concise, clearly indicating the differences between the title hierarchies. The format is provided in the article template.

Notes/ Endnotes

Notes or Endnotes should be used only when necessary and must be identified in the text by consecutive numbers, enclosed in square brackets and listed at the end of the article.

Number

All Drawings (charts, diagrams, line drawings, web pages/screenshots, and photo images) must be submitted electronically. All Images must be high-quality, legible and numbered sequentially with Arabic numerals. Graphs can be rendered in colour to facilitate their display in online databases. Images made in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel must be included in their original format. Electronic numbers created in other applications must be copied from the origination software and pasted into the MS Word template document. Photographic images must be inserted in the article's main body and be of high quality.

Table

Tables must be typed and included in the main body of the article. Table positions should be entered in the text as close to the reference point as possible. Ensure that superscripts or asterisks appear next to relevant items and related explanations appear as footnotes on tables, figures or plates.

Reference

Jurnal Edunitro prefers articles that refer primarily to journal articles, research reports, and conference proceedings rather than relying heavily on textbooks or handbooks to demonstrate the novelty of the articles on the subject covered. The use of Mendeley as a reference tool is preferred and encouraged. References should be carefully checked for completeness, accuracy and consistency.

Authors must cite publications in the text following the APA 6 citation style. At the end of the paper, a list of references is arranged in alphabetical order.
