Abstract

Abstrak— Pembelajaran jarak jauh yang tertata baik adalah yang menggunakan learning management system (LMS). LMS tidak hanya bermanfaat sebagai pembelajaran jarak jauh di masa pandemi Covid 19, tetapi juga untuk aplikasi blended learning dalam kondisi normal. Ada banyak platform LMS, tapi yang sering digunakan sekarang oleh dosen adalah Moodle dan Google Classroom. Kemampuan mereka dalam menangani LMS memengaruhi keefektifan pengajaran mereka. Setiap platform LMS berbeda dalam hal antarmuka pengguna dan fungsionalitas yang dapat diakses. Dosen butuh pengetahuan dan waktu untuk menguasai penggunaan LMS. Latar belakang pendidikan dan usia dosen memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan mereka dalam menggunakan aplikasi LMS. Jadi, jenis platform LMS, tingkat pendidikan, dan usia dosen semuanya memengaruhi kesuksesan instruksional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dan perbandingan antara ketiga kelompok tersebut. Kelompok platform LMS meliputi Moodle dan Google Classroom, kelompok kualifikasi pendidikan meliputi gelar master dan doktor, dan kelompok usia meliputi mereka yang berusia di bawah 45 tahun dan mereka yang berusia di atas 45 tahun. Penelitian menggunakan Anova 3-jalur yang mengungkapkan bahwa ketiga kelompok tersebut memiliki efek interaksi sebesar 74,1% terhadap keberhasilan instruksi mereka.
