Abstract

This research used quantitative methods with a sample of 142 which included Batch 22 students of the Unima Psychology Study Program. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between self-confidence and academic cheating among students in the 22nd batch of the Unima Psychology Study Program. Data collection in this study used the Self-Confidence scale which uses the theory of Hendriana et al. The results of the correlation test showed that the coefficient between Self-Confidence and Academic Cheating was r=-0.567 with a significance of =0.000 (p<0.05), which means there is a negative and very significant relationship between Self-Confidence and Academic Cheating in Class 22 Students of the Unima Psychology Study Program.
