ANALISIS PERILAKU KERJA KONTRAPRODUKTIF PADA GURU SD KATOLIK KAWANGKOAN

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how counterproductive work behavior occurs in introverted and extroverted teachers. This research was conducted on 2 teacher subjects who taught at Kawangkoan Catholic Elementary School. This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach model. Determining subjects in this research used a purposive sampling method. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that teachers are even aware of carrying out counterproductive behavior. It can also be seen that the personality of this counterproductive behavior can be seen from the research results that those who have an extroverted personality tend to carry out more counterproductive behavior compared to those who have an introverted personality
