Abstract

This research used quantitative methods with a sample of 63 which included JNT Express Employees of the GPI Manado City Branch. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in JNT Express GPI Branch Manado City Employees. Data collection in this study used the Perceived Organizational Support (POS) scale which uses the theory of Rhoades and Eisenberger (2002) which consists of 38 items and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) scale which uses the theory of Organ et al (2006) which has 10 items. The results of hypothesis testing showed that there was no significant influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among JNT Express GPI Manado Branch Employees.
