Urgensi Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Untuk Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara Kota Probolinggo dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Studi ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT. Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan variabel independen budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja, serta variabel dependen kinerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 orang diperoleh dari populasi dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (R square), pengujian hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan, selain itu, secara parsial budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja juga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian terbukti bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai urgensi untuk mendapat perhatian karena mempunyai pengaruh terhadap upaya peningkatan kinerja karyawan.
This research was conducted at PT. Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara Probolinggo City with the aim of knowing the urgency of Organizational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance, this study was conducted on employees of PT. Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara. The type of research used is quantitative, with the independent variable Organizational Culture and Work Environment, and the dependent variable Employee Performance. The number of samples as many as 34 people was obtained from the population using a saturated sample, that is, all members of the population were used as samples. The data analysis method used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R square), hypothesis testing consisting of F test and t test. The results of the study indicate that Organizational Culture and Work Environment have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance, in addition, partially Organizational Culture has an influence on Employee Performance and the Work Environment also has an influence on Employee Performance. Thus, it is proven that Organizational Culture and Work Environment have urgency to get attention because they have an influence on efforts to improve employee performance.
