Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of integrity on the performance of General Election Commission (KPU) employees in North Sulawesi, using quantitative research methods, with a total of 126 employee respondents taken by researchers, with the research results showing that integrity has a significant influence on employee performance. , this shows that the direction of integrity tends to be positive. Based on simple regression statistical analysis, it shows that the calculated t value is 13.062 > t table 1.657 and the significance of the integrity variable is 0.003 <0.05. This shows that the independent variable influences the dependent variable, so it is proven that integrity has a significant effect on employee performance. These results indicate that H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that integrity does influence work performance. The magnitude of the influence of integrity on work performance is 60.1%. Data analysis also shows that the distribution of variables is normal and the relationship between variables is linear, so the statistical method used is valid
