Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of Job Crafting on Work Engagement among Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) employees in Manado City, Tomohon City, and Minahasa Regency. Quantitative research methods were employed with a sample of 60 respondents. Data collection was done through online questionnaires via Google Forms. Data analysis utilized simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS 25 for Windows. The results indicated a positive relationship, with Job Crafting accounting for 39.9% of the variance in Work Engagement, while the remaining 60.1% was influenced by unexamined variables. Thus, a higher level of Job Crafting was associated with increased Work Engagement.
