Abstract

 

ABSTRAK

Studi ini meneliti pengaruh experiential learning terhadap entrepreneurial Intention mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi dengan entrepreneurial self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif kausal dengan 190 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa experiential learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan entrepreneurial Intention. Selain itu, entrepreneurial self-efficacy terbukti memediasi hubungan tersebut, yang menunjukkan bahwa experiential learning dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam berwirausaha

ABSTRACT

This study examines the effects of experiential learning on students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy as a mediating variable in economics education. This study uses a quantitative associative questionnaire with 190 respondents who were anonymously interviewed. We collect the data using a Likert scale questionnaire, then analyze it using PLS-SEM. The results indicate that experiential learning has a significant impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and business acumen. In addition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy is a result of the aforementioned relationship, which indicates that experiential learning can increase students' self-confidence in making decisions.
